I would say this is less of a problem now, a lot of spam is coming
via rogue servers. If only system administrator configured their
servers correctly (HELO, dns, perhaps down to correct contact in SOA
or domain handles), it would be easy to tell spammers from
non-spammers. And if a spam comes via a properly cofigured server,
then you would know where to knock..
