If you're used to procmail, then you should ignore messages

catch mails coming from most daemons (how's that for a
regular expression :-).

3. finally I would also include a test to avoid mail loops (so that
you do not send the vacation message if the message looks like your
own vacation message).
You may wish to consider who you are auto replying to -- is it some
antisocial person who you do not know, and is likely to work out where
you live, and consider seeing what they can find in your home while
you're out of town ....
