Is there any reason why ${domain} isn't a expansion variable in the filter
language?
I don't know if it has been forgotten or anything, but according to the docs
on the web site, $domain isn't a valid expansion variable (not listed -
http://www.exim.org/exim-html-3.30/doc/html/filter_7.html#SEC7). However,
on all the other commands (such as pipe for example), $domain is passed, as
a environment variable in the case of a pipe transport...
The specific version in question is Exim 3.34...
