if authenticated = * is early in you rcpt acl, that is after:


   deny    local_parts   = ^.*[@%!/|] : ^\\.


and perhaps even after

   require verify        = sender



but before any custom antispam rules (because your user agents might
fail those..), than you are ok and NO, you must not relay from
everywhere.
