Looking at the instructions on this site (which, at a quick glance, seem
to be rather out of date), it doesn't look like you've even got as far as
installing SpamAssassin, and it's definitely not to do with Exim at this
stage. I'd suggest you contact the author(s) of the page in question
and/or try reading the SpamAssassin docs yourself (it's not hard to
install).
Additionally, it looks like you're a beginner, so before you get in too
deep, I'd strongly recommend you understand at least the basics of what
you're doing with things like 'patch'.
