[Exim] Filter Help

I'm trying to figure out a way of extracting the name part of the From address -
not the email address to compare the name in a filter. Can someone tell me how
to code this?

Example:

From: Marc Parkel <marc@???>

Need to extract the "Marc Perkel" part of $h_from:
