What will actually be possible is a "drop" command, that will reject the
current RCPT and drop the connection. What the other end does, of
course, is its concern. An Exim at the far end will keep trying to send
the message because of the unexpected line drop. It would be better to
reject after DATA if you can, as another poster suggested. Then some
MTAs at the far end (including Exim) will give up.

For the next release, yes. But I have now added teergrubing to the Wish
List.
