[Exim] www.us.exim.org offline temporarily

The host where www.us.exim.org used to reside blew up on December 3rd.
I just found about this a few minutes ago and don't have an ETA on when
it'll be back up. I'll send another note to the list when it's available
again. Sorry for the inconvenience...
