[Exim] Recived Header

I have read thru the FAQ and doc's.

I am using Exim 4.10 #4.

Have added trusted_users = mail:root:ns1 in the main configuration file.
Have added headers_remove = Received in the Routers dnslookup section.

Am testing Exim from command line but the Received header is still being
transported?

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
