[Exim] Router conditional Statement for spamassassin

I'm running exim 3.22

Here is the conditional:
    condition = "${if and { {!def:h_X-Spam-Flag:} {!eq
{$received_protocol}{spam-scanned}} {!eq {$received_protocol}{local}} }
{1}{0
}}"
I would like to change the last part {!eq {$received_protocol}{local}}  to
check for an IP address range instead of the local protocol.
I would {!eq {$sender_host_address}{10.0.0.0/8}} cover all the 10 addresses?
