lines,

it

makes

reading

easier.

Ok, to be serious now, this retry rule means, that the message will be
retried for 2h, every 15 minutes. Are these 15 minutes elapsed?
Otherwise exim will not send the message, this prevents you from trying
to send the message all the time.
