You can use the redirect action with a local collector account, e.g.
exiscan_av_action = redirect virusmails@???

Currently, it is not possible to redirect and reject at the same time,
however ..

exiscan uses exims debugging output functions. When you call exim with
debugging enabled you'll also get exiscan debug output (lines with
'exiscan:' prefix).
