[Exim] exiscan 4.10-17 + fsav does not scan

Hello list,

I put following options in my exim.conf but when I try to
deliver a message e.g.

# sendmail -f test@mydom root@mydom < virusmail

The message is delivered to my local transport.

How can I debug exiscan ?
Do I need a special router ?

Here is my exim.conf

How do I save a virusmail in my filesystem, e.g. in /var/virusmails ?
