Ok, I changed it and now have this:

# Send all mail to a smarthost
smarthost:
driver = domainlist
transport = remote_smtp
route_list = "* mailhost.intac.com byname"

It still takes 30 seconds to send to the queue when I am offline. This is
true even if it is a local mail. I did restart exim after the change.
How do I arrange to queue remote domains?
