It's a bit hard for us to fully follow this if we can't see relevant info...
anyway Exim is saying that the webmaster@domain"x" is not routable i.e. it is
going through routers and looks to be choking on first one "dnslookup" which
may mean that your domain "x" is not configured as a local domain. If so it is
not even getting to aliases router.
Looks like you need to check your Exim config file
BTW - your mail headers on your posting say Exim 3.35 on your Debian box. This
the machine which is running Exim 4.10. Did you do upgrade from default Exim,
if so is it using Exim 4 or 3?
