[Exim] exim system filter

Hi there,

does anyone keep an up-to-date filter file for filtering spam by the
system...my version is Version: 0.09 , and i guess there are later
versions with better spam catching in....or has anyone got a good list of
filterable subjects?? e.g:

$header_subject: contains "Are you looking for Quality Email Lists" or
$header_subject: contains "Is your mortgage" or
$header_subject: contains "GET COVERAGE" or

anyone??
