[Exim] exiscan rules

Hi !

i have MySQL database with users and want to scan add a column
"spam_check" and "av_check" to users table and verify mail only if this
field is set
the problem appears when exim receives message with multiple recepients

how can i check which users this mail received for and check the database ?
