Subject: [Exim] New Snapshot: Testers wanted
I have just updated the snapshot in

ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/Testing/exim-snapshot.tar.gz

This is version 4.10.12. I have now caught up with just about all of the
patches and bug reports that had piled up, so there are a great many
changes of various kinds. (Steve Haslam: what's the status of your TLS
patches? Now that Exim supports GNUtls as well as OpenSSL, are they
still good/useful/wanted?)

The spec is NOT updated (it won't be till 4.20). However, doc/NewStuff
documents new additions, and doc/ChangeLog lists all the changes.

I'm intending to put out a proper 4.11 release in two or three weeks (a
Christmas present). Before then I plan to pick off some of the items
that are on the Wish List.

I would be grateful if those of you who like living on the bleeding edge
could try out 4.10.12 to see if I have broken anything, and to check out
the new features. It passes all the tests in my ever-growing test suite,
but there's nothing like a bit of real use!

Philip
