deny message = $value
hosts = lsearch;/etc/exim/blocked/hosts
if this does not work, use
deny message = ${lookup {$sender_hostname} partial-lsearch \
{/etc/exim/blocked/hosts}{$value}}
hosts = partial-lsearch;/etc/exim/blocked/hosts
