[Exim] exiqsumm-like hacks

Hi there,

I hacked exiqsumm (named exiqsender) which does the same stats but
against sender instead recipient.
I add an option (-d) to drop local part when doing the work.

I also add exiqgetids which extracts all message IDs that match a
given pattern
        mailq | exiqgetids user@???
or
        mailq | exiqgetids domain.tld

Hope this might be useful.

I think exiqsumm is GPL as it commes with official exim package :-)
thus both exiqsender exiqgetids are GPL.
