[Exim] Exim 4 Autoreply with Mysql

Oops. It would seem I got ahead of myself. My auto-reply does not work
at all. I had it working in exim3, and I'm digging through the exim4
docs, but after 3 hours I am still no closer to understanding how the
syntax has changed.
I have a table which contains localpart/domain pairs and associated
message info: source address, subject, body.
What I would like is to auto-reply if the resultset from mysql is not
empty.
