[Exim] Squirrelmail with exim and courier

I am using squirrelmail with exim and courier with a Mysql database for
virtual hosts. I can log in via Squirrel (authenticate) but Squirrelmail
cannot create the needed directories.
I get the following error:

ERROR : Could not complete request.
Query:CREATE "mail/Sent Messages"
Reason Given: Invalid mailbox name
