[Exim] crazy idea?

Yesterday an idea came up on my mind and it seemed quite crazy.

What if instead of reading configuration from file, read it, say,
from LDAP server?

This way there won't ever be problems with updating configuration
from some sort of [web] interface, all we need is some way to send
HUP to the daemon.

This will help in managing hundreds to thousands of separate exims,
as the situation is with our freebsd-jailed virtual hosting.

What do you think?
