This is done by default.
Your mainlog and rejectlog would have stuff like:
2002-11-11 07:07:26 recipients refused from wizard7.e54.org
[64.83.112.207] (RBL spews.relays.osirusoft.com)
2002-11-11 15:40:30 recipients refused from [80.16.107.90] (RBL
bl.spamcop.net)
On some of my servers, I run scripts that show how many rejections per
dnsbl.
