[Exim] perl local_scan

Hi,

For anyone interested in a embedded-perl local_scan, check

There is a small patch, and a example-function, that uses
Mail::SpamAssassin for scanning the message.

1.) I know that a another local_scan for embedded perl exists
2.) My one is a little bit different, as it uses exim's own
     embedded perl-interpreter
3.) The example is a quick-hack to show the posibilities.
4.) Comments to the list, flames to me
