Consider me well and truly coddled. I like it that way, though... <g>

If I've got an issue with my Uni service, it's straight onto a sysadmin at
the ITS office. If it's work, I've got the direct numbers to a clueful
sysadmin who can, ordinarily, solve the problem right there and then.

Residential level service sucks. But I already knew that.
