You want to use 'exim -bh <IP Address>' and run through a test SMTP session
for each of the senders you want to test.
Think of 'exim -bt user@???' as 'If I had a message on queue for
user@??? what would exim do with it?'. Which doesn't help you test
sender_reject because that happens at SMTP time.
