Sites with particularly anal (and even not so anal) MTA configurations will
likely reject mail sent direct from dynamic IPs anyway, using the DUL,
Wirehub Dynablock etc.
If you are on a dynamic IP the way to go would be to hand off mail to a
smarthost for delivery.
