[Exim] RAV Antivirus config question with Exim4

We are in the process of upgrading from exim3 to exim4, but I'm running
into a bit of a snag after compiling exiscan into exim. With exim3,
exiscan would look for 'Infected: [1-9]' as defined in the .cf file for
exiscan; in exim4, I'm not sure what I need to put in for
"exiscan_av_scanner_regexp_trigger =". Any help would be appreciated.
