while it would be logical, it's the worst idea one can think of.
think of an average outcook user (this is real life, i'm not making
this up): send the message to a number of recipients. one of them
fails, but others are accepted. she gets an error message.
she resends the message to all the recipients. same thing.
she resends the message to all the recipients again. now it's all
fine.
half an hour later she comes bashing you why all the recipeints got
her mail in three instances...
