In this case, we're talking about marketing people who're paranoid that
they might miss a message from a customer. So they've specifically
requested that they be sent a warning that the system ditched a message.

Remember that not all viruses are sent as stand-alone messages --
sometimes a legitimate message will have a virus attached to it "on its
way out", or the sender will unwittingly send an infected executable.

I think perhaps the reason you don't see why folks would want this is
because you have too much of a clue. I assure you that _I_ won't be
getting these notifications. :-)

In the end, it seems that the system filter is the right place for this.
And no, I won't believe the To: header. :-)
