I believe the problem is this line:
host_accept_relay = gatenby.net
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but this line enables
spammers to set their from address to anything@??? and your server
will allow them to relay.
You need to change that line to include only IP blocks rather than domain
name(s).
