Ok, it took me a while to get something together that I was sufficiently
happy with, but here we go.

It has a 3 patches against exim (local_scan and stuff I submitted to Philip,
and that should get in the next release if I ever get around to looking at
his snapshot)
The big plus should be the pretty cool config file(s) associated (see next
post for details)
If you are a debian developer willing to help me include this in standard
debian, please drop me a line (see the page too).
If you can forward this to the appropriate debian users list, that would be
cool too.
