Looks fine, BUT mail-abuse.org (maps) requires a registration to be used.
I use this ones, with success.
# Deny messages from blacklisted hosts
deny message = host is listed in $dnslist_domain ($dnslist_text)
dnslists = list.dsbl.org:relays.ordb.org:multihop.dsbl.org
