To me, if it works, then it is one "right" way. Didn't say I do it that way myself! I just wanted to give a short, easy answer,
which would (a) work, and (b) hopefully set the person on the track of figuring out what those /etc/group and /etc/passwd entries
actually mean. Without having to spend all kinds of time explaining it myself. ;)
