[Exim] Exim on virtual hosts

Hello,

I've set up a new server, this time running virtual hosts and I can't seem to get Exim working properly with Courier-Imap. I had it working last week without the virtual hosts.

I've checked the Exim logs and verified the syntax - mail is arriving, but not showing up in Maildir. Any suggestions. Below is the exim -d2 -bt command.
