[Exim] can't open smtp port 25

Oct 10 09:05:32 euclid mail[6770]: unable to locate host mail.
Oct 10 09:05:32 euclid mail[6770]: can't open the smtp port (25) on mail.

Hi, i've made my config spool correctly but i still get this error.
I dont have any firewall config, etc on it.
Im using gentoo linux.

Can someone help me?
