Thank you for your answer.
The server 212.234.217.177 is my mail server where exim runs.
This server is used for reading messages (pop), it is also a DNS server.
I do not know what is MX record, but I have seen in some docs that there are
some links beetween MX and DNS. Do you know what I should check in DNS conf ?
How can I check if 212.234.217.177 is a smart relay or not ?

Your server is attempting to send mail destined for
agglo-rennesmetropole.fr via a server at IP 212.234.217.177. However,
the MX record for agglo-rennesmetropole.fr does not point there. Is
212.234.217.177 a smart relay? If so, has your IP changed and not been
updated in the relaying rules on that server?
