Spamlist-Extended is more aggressive - might lead to more collateral damage.
We only use Wirehub's Dynablock list of dynamic IPs, among all the wirehub
lists.
In any case, dnsbls / other block lists run by Wirehub are of excellent
quality, and they respond fast to fix any issues that you notice.
