Sounds like you'll need to arrange for messages with the appropriate
priority headers to be stashed in a separate queue, which you'd process
more frequently (e.g. -q30s and with more aggressive retry hints).
A nice side-effect will be that avoiding the AV scanner will become
(even more) trivial. :-)
