Well, thats related to tcp_wrappers. Exim _can_ use that if so
configured, but I'm not sure how off the top of my head. Plus, exim has
much more powerful facilities builtin, so I wouldnt recommend it.

Uhm.. You never did specify which version of exim you were using, but
please re-read what I said above.
Also note that 'spammers email addresses' is a misnomer - spammers dont
actually use their own personal email addresses in their spam - the
"From:" addresss used in spam are usually either fake, forged, or some
innocent third party's address. Blocking on those is of very little use.
Anyway, all exim configuration is done in its own config file. Sounds
like you need to read the exim spec.txt documentation file, as it
explains all this quite clearly.
Oh, btw, if you are using exim locally only, and are using fetchmail or
something to get your mail, then the spammers IP addresses never connect
to you so that wont work either. Only if you actually have an exim
server receiving its mail by SMTP for a domain will that work.
