[Exim] add hosts to a do not allow email to get through

i have looked in the exim and manual and think that i am missing this.
what i am trying to do is any email address that are spamming us we would like exim to not send that to rect but just delete or drop it somewhere w/o making it to the recpt nor sending it back to the sender?
is this possible. i think i remeber something like this in sendmail but cannot remember.
