I have an updated version of the system filter, that is available at
http://www.geocities.com/dgraystephens/exim/system-filter-0.17e-020719.exim.txt
that includes installation notes for Exim 4, in addition to blocking
of some recently exploited file extensions (ScreenCam Movie files).
Hopefully that file may help you get the filter working with Exim 4.
