[Exim] OSX 10.2 package installer for Exim 4.10

In light of recent complications with Exim 4.10 and OSX 10.2 we have
made available a package installer complete with an option for a
startup item.

While this has been tested out fairly well with no problems, back up
your current config files before using, and then use at your own risk,
etc.
