Using those changes, I was able to get exim to compile on OS X.2.
(after spending far too long trying to get a simple "send to smarthost"
configuration set for the distributed sendmail, I thought I'd compile
exim.)
With those changes exim compiled and runs just fine. eximon didn't
compile (I do have X workding, via fink), but I didn't put much effort
into tracking down that problem.
