It seems like you use a old version of exim, this problem is fixed since
exim 4.05 according to the Changelog.

If the problem still appears with exim 4.10 most probably some other
include file (outside of exim) tries to include crypt.h

Next time, tell your version of exim you use!
And post the relevant parts of the error-message (i guess it occured in
expand.c)
