[Exim] How to hide internal IPs?

Hello all,

    Thanks in advance for any help.
    I'm using Exim3.35 on Debian.
    When an internal user sends out email to an external mailbox,
how can I strip the header that shows this internal user's machine IP
and
connections? I just want to allow the external users see the email
started
from the mail server.
