[Exim] route once

hi,

how can i set up a router to try once to contact another host to transfer the mail,
and if it fail (because the other host is not responding), try another router
named X ?
I have tryed the failback_host,
but this transfer the mail to another host, it cant do all what a router can do
(like call a transport to appendfile)
