Don't know what your ACLs look like in slapd.conf, but at any rate you
are givind a password here to bind with, but are not giving a DN user
(uid would not be a user, cn would be a user - e.g
user="cn=test,ou=mb,o=domain" pass=testtw).
It's possible your acls allow an anonymous bind for looking up a uid
attribute, but then you shouldn't give a password. You don't have to give
a user either, for an anonymous bind.
