how about POD, print on demand?

It should be a cheap way to transfer the book onto printed paper, as
long as you do the layouting and typesetting on your own (there are sure
people who could help with that, I for one could, too).

Also, the print on demand companies usually offer to put the book into
amazon and the like so you have no hassle with selling the book, and to
register an ISBN (that's nearly the most expensive part AFAIR).
